Very comfortable hotel, staff were very friendly and reception staff excellent
Breakfast was very poor. Room was very comfortable but very dark. We asked for extra lights and the staff gave us two more which helped but the room was still quite dark. However it was large, clean and comfortable

The lobby and breakfast area were clean, inviting, and well-decorated. I found the hotel to be very accessible.
Train noise could disturb some guests at night.

Nice facility with easy access.
Nothing. Just wish the buildings around the hotel had more venues. Shops, eateries and such. Would be great to have that without leaving the property.

Wonderful accommodation, accommodating staff, favourable location on river area. Well-kept, huge rooms, heated swimming pools. Incredibly beautiful view, exceptionally comfortable bed and free breakfast. Very comfortable overall experience.

The hotel has a fantastic location for exploring downtown attractions.
The breakfast options were lacking, particularly the quality of hot dishes available.

The stay was enjoyable overall, particularly because of the fantastic location that allowed easy access to downtown attractions. The room was spacious with a great view of the river, which I appreciated. I did find the train noise to be quite disruptive at night, making it hard to sleep well. Breakfast was decent, but the selection could be improved for future visits.

Right at this moment I am overcharged by $171.00 and I was told 2 days ago that it would be taken care of. I am expecting to speak to a manager tomorrow, but am disappointed in the front desk. Everyone seemed so nice.

Great location near restaurants and shop and all rooms look out to the river. Bed were very comfortable and rooms are spacious.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds.
The breakfast options were a huge disappointment. They were poorly prepared and lacked variety. I was left with almost nothing to eat. The staff at the front desk seemed indifferent when I expressed my concerns about the meals. Honestly, it felt more like a chore than a pleasant stay.

The staff was excellent, and one helped me carry breakfast while juggling my little ones. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family.
My kids wished for a better pull-out bed option.

We had a great time enjoying the spacious One-Bedroom Queen Suite with a cozy sofa bed and took advantage of the relaxing indoor pool and jacuzzi after a long day. The facilities were nice, but we found the pull-out bed to be a bit too small for older kids. Definitely pack your swimsuits even if they say the pool might be closed 😊

Comfortable Stay with Scenic Views
Waking up to fine water views was a highlight. The front desk staff were friendly, and I appreciated the easy parking. A tip , try the breakfast for fresh options!

A hidden gem with a unique vibe. The view from the room overlooking the river was fine, complemented by a spacious layout. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection including Neapolitan pizza, unexpected and delicious. The breakfast service could be slow on busy mornings, and although the hotel was quiet, the pool area felt a bit cramped at times. Would love to come back!
